SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Scope

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through B2BKOTSAF, by e-mail, WhatsApp, telephone, sales representatives, or any other ordering method.

  1. Delivery Areas

KOTSAF delivers within Belgium, the Netherlands, and selected international destinations.

  1. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, carrier performance, customs procedures, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times do not constitute a binding commitment.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery destination, order value, weight, and shipping method selected.

Shipping charges will be communicated before shipment.

  1. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

Any visible damage, shortage, or delivery discrepancy must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.

  1. Delivery Delays

KOTSAF shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs authorities

• Government actions

• Force majeure

• Supplier delays

• Transport disruptions

Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancel orders, refuse payment, or claim compensation.

  1. Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer after shipment may be subject to additional shipping, return, storage, and administrative charges.

  1. Incorrect Address Information

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses shall be charged to the customer.

  1. Force Majeure

KOTSAF shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
